I walked in on Friday to check wait times. Unfortunately I couldn't get my son in, but I was greeted by a very informative team! Not only did they apologize for the wait times, but they educated me on downloading the app, all while still cutting hair...Multitasking! Thank you for the info, I'll be back for sure.

Wow I walked in and thought for sure they would have the Ravens and 49ers game on, but no. That game had huge implications for the Seahawks. Instead the Browns and Steelers game was on. I got in right away and my hairstylist was very nice but timid. I soon found out why they weren't watching the Ravens and 49ers game. One of the other stylists was a Steelers fan. Yeah as customers in Washington State you have to thank about the customer and what they want. If you want to watch the Steelers go cut hair in Pittsburgh. Then another stylist comes up to talk with me and she proceeds on telling me how she hated the Seahawks because of a couple of unruly fans. Wow! Yeah! I will not be going back to Sport Clips in Bonney Lake Washington. They are not customer friendly. My haircut wasn't that great either, and I feel that I was over charged.

The stylist are great and I have been going there for years but this new online checkin is the worst. I stopped by and had a hour as ten minute wait. After waiting 30 min and my wait time was 40 minute next time I looked up it went from 40 minutes to 55 minutes so I walked out. Not sure if I will go back.
